Personal Mentoring Services and any courses or products that involve Personal Coaching are not refundable.
Due to our courses/products being educational in nature, we reserve the right to refuse a refund of a purchase if the course or product is consumed more than 50% or marked as completed by the user.
Please always ask for a refund before requesting a chargeback. We take charge-backs very seriously.
If a chargeback is filed without requesting a refund, we reserve the right to remove the purchased courses and information and suspend/ban your account from any future purchases or content.
